What are we looking for?

• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with products or services.
• Account Strategy Development : Create and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance client engagement.
• Financial Oversight : Monitor account budgets, billing, and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding client needs and expectations.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports to assess progress, identify opportunities for growth, and address any issues.
• Conflict Resolution : Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• New Business Development : Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
